Romney recaudó 40.1 millones en abril

POLITICO.com:

Mitt Romney and the Republican National Committee raised $40.1 million last month and finished April with $61.4 million on hand, a GOP source confirms to POLITICO.

That's the first joint Romney-RNC fundraising figure of the 2012 campaign, and comes close to matching the $43.6 million President Obama and the Democratic National Committee took in last month.

Because of the protracted GOP primary season, Romney had previously been unable to raise Victory funds through the RNC, which can take in larger individual contributions than the Romney campaign itself. Republicans aren't yet sharing the fundraising breakdown between Romney and the RNC, though the distinction is not particularly relevant for practical purposes.
